I hope you love your print or painting - If you are not happy with it you can return most items within thirty days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
You can either exchange the item or have a full refund. Unfortunately I am unable to refund any return postage charges and if you wish to exchange an item internationally, this will incur an extra delivery charge.
Unfortunately, any bespoke or made to order item is excluded from the above policy.
You can send your return to us by post. Please email me at email@example.com with a reason for the unsuitability of the item(s) as this will help me to develop my products. Please always include a daytime contact number and email in case I need to contact you about the return.
Please make sure your items are securely wrapped. They are returned at your own cost and I recommend you obtain a certificate of postage as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package in transit and items must arrive in the condition in which they were received.
